We gave ourselves a six month time frame and within that period we needed to announce our intentions to our clients, invite them to join us on that journey, establish an office in Barcelona – give it our personality and staff it – and shoot some initial work.
We mobilized our International Sales Team and they took news of our new product offering to clients in the US, Canada, UK, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
We held a party for several hundred key clients in London,
made a launch film – which has been viewed over 6,000 times,
and utilised our marketing platforms to amplify our messages,
together with social media,
and the industry trade press,
Phase 1 will be completed at the end of the Cannes Lions advertising festival. Representatives from the company will be there from 18th – 24th June and we will be communicating to anyone who does not already know it – Palma Pictures now offers production services throughout Spain.
And then we’re into phase 2, living and working in Barcelona. We’ll be posting regular blog updates from our office on Paseo de Gracia, showcasing why it’s such a brilliant city in which to shoot and live and sharing with you the work we undertake for clients from around the globe.
